Join us for a 13-week travel assignment as an Assessment Specialist (RN) at Sycamore Springs in Lafayette, IN. This role places you in the Assessment unit, where you'll evaluate adults and adolescents facing psychiatric and substance use challenges. With a focus on assessment and evaluation, your day will involve conducting evaluations, triage, and supporting mental health needs. The shift runs overnight from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, offering a unique opportunity to experience the quieter side of healthcare. This role offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with flexibility for every other weekend as needed. Certifications such as BLS and HWC are required prior to start. You will work in a facility with five assessment rooms focusing on psychiatric and substance use evaluations, supported by electronic health records like Meditech and Microsoft Office tools.
