Job Description:

Step into a rewarding role as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/MT) in Indianapolis, where you'll join a dedicated team working on the night shift in a high-volume hospital environment. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to apply your expertise with Beckman instrumentation and Epic Beaker, supporting generalist laboratory functions across a busy and modern facility. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining efficient laboratory operations, and you'll enjoy the unique rhythm of night hours, perfect for those who excel during evening shifts. Expect to keep the lab running smoothly from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Thursday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling that encourages work-life balance and team camaraderie.
