Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week assignment on a Medical Surgical Tele unit in Rochester, NY, where you'll be an essential part of a flexible overflow team that helps manage high patient volumes and overflow cases. This role requires proficiency in phlebotomy and IV placement—skills that are a must for all RNs and a valuable addition for LVNs/LPNs. Your day will involve working 12-hour days, providing vital support in a fast-paced environment that occasionally adapts to patient demand within a unique space inside our GI Endoscopy area. It's a chance to gain diverse experience in a supportive setting, with attention paid to maintaining safety and efficiency across various patient situations. This assignment is perfect for someone comfortable with varying patient loads and ready to step into an adaptable role that keeps each day engaging.
