Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical RN on a 13-week night shift contract at a well-regarded short-term acute care hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves providing specialized care to patients with neurological and neuromuscular conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, MS, ALS, GBS, and infections. You'll manage procedures such as lumbar drains, lumbar punctures, Foley catheter placements, IV starts, G-tube care, and tracheostomies. With a shift structure of 12 hours overnight, you'll experience a lively hospital atmosphere during evening hours, with the opportunity to develop nuanced clinical skills in a teaching and trauma level environment. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs eager to work within a collaborative team while exploring one of the city’s vibrant neighborhoods, all while contributing to patient recovery and well-being in a dynamic clinical setting.
