Job Description:

Join our team as a step-down registered nurse at a renowned Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis, MO. This 12-week contract offers the opportunity to work on a dual-unit setup—covering both PCU and general floors—with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll be responsible for managing dysrhythmias, titrating cardiac drips, and handling chest tubes, all while providing critical care to patients transitioning from ICU. This role is ideal for nurses with at least two years of experience, comfortable with telemetry and managing complex cardiac cases. Work on either side of the unit, and be part of a team that values flexibility and expertise. The setting promises exposure to advanced cardiac management in a fast-paced, acute care hospital environment, making every night shift a chance to refine your skills in a supportive specialty setting.
