Job Description:

Join the team as a Surgical Tech specializing in open heart procedures at UConn John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington, CT. This role involves scrubbing a variety of cases, including cardiovascular, orthopedic, neuro, and general surgeries. You'll be an essential part of the surgical team during 10-hour day shifts, with start times rotating between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM based on daily needs. The assignment offers the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience in complex surgical procedures. Expect rotations that include weekends and holidays, with some flexibility for local candidates and prior travel experience preferred.
