Job Description:

Join Lees Summit Medical Center in Missouri for a 13-week travel contract working the night shift on the Medical/Surgical unit. You'll be responsible for managing a 36-bed unit, performing IV starts, and ensuring timely patient documentation using Meditech. The role involves night shifts lasting 12 hours, during which you'll implement bedside shift reports, conduct hourly safety rounds, and foster personal connections with patients.
