Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity places you in a Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum unit where you will focus on supporting new mothers and their newborns following delivery. The role involves managing high-risk labor and delivery cases, including pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and other complications for gestations of 34 weeks or more. You will assist with procedures such as C-sections and external cephalic versions, providing care in a Level 2 - Special Care Nursery and OB Triage. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule (06:00 - 18:00), operating four days per week, with a total commitment of 48 hours weekly over a 13-week assignment. This position offers the chance to gain specialized experience in a busy obstetric environment while working with a supportive team that accepts first-time travelers.
