Join us for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment in the Mother Baby unit at a hospital located in Overland Park, Kansas. As a Registered Nurse specializing in postpartum care, you’ll support women during a pivotal time in their lives, assisting with childbirth recovery, newborn care, and discharge planning. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, offering opportunities to connect with a supportive team while working with state-of-the-art equipment like vitals machines and glucometers. This assignment stands out as an engaging chance to apply your skills in a dedicated postpartum setting that fosters both independence and teamwork. Expect to gain unique insights into maternal and neonatal health, working with a patient ratio of 6-8 women and newborns per nurse.
