Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Wilmington, NC, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. You'll be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing IV protocols, and providing specialized care for patients with diagnoses such as dementia, COVID, pneumonia, COPD, and sepsis. This role offers a unique experience in a multi-level COVID care unit with strict protocols and rapid response team involvement. RTO after booking is not permitted, so reliable availability is essential to ensure continuity of care and team cohesion.
