Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a rewarding opportunity for registered nurses with recent medical-surgical and surgical oncology experience to work in a 47-bed hospital unit in Fargo, North Dakota. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts every other weekend, with the chance to float across various med/surg departments as needed. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, utilizing Epic EMR and other advanced equipment, to provide quality patient care for medical-surgical, trauma, and oncology patients. Candidates with at least two years of relevant experience, an active ND or Compact RN license, and BLS certification from AHA are preferred. This assignment emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and hands-on involvement in patient care without direct patient care responsibilities—making it ideal for those wanting to stay sharp in a fast-paced hospital environment.
