Job Description:

Join UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, for a 13-week travel RN contract in inpatient rehabilitation. This role is ideal for nurses with at least one year of experience in skilled nursing or high-acuity care settings, specifically in med-surg or inpatient rehab. You'll work a 12-hour night shift from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., providing compassionate, hands-on care to adult patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. The hospital operates with a high acuity environment, functioning similarly to a medical-surgical unit, so jumping in to support CNA team members and handle call lights is part of the routine. Experience with EPIC charting, mobility equipment, and high patient acuity will prepare you for success in this assignment.
