Job Description:

Join a surgical team in Chadron, Nebraska, where you'll serve as an OR Circulator, managing patient flow through procedures like colonoscopies, T&As, joint arthroplasty, and ophthalmic surgeries. This 13-week contract involves 8-hour shifts, with minimal call requirements, primarily on weekdays and some weekends, allowing you to experience the busy yet rewarding world of surgical nursing. You'll handle admitting and discharging patients, monitor recovery, and work with advanced equipment like Onmicell and Cerner charting. Ideal candidates possess at least three years of OR nursing experience, hold active Nebraska RN licensure, and preferably have PALS certification ready at the start. This role offers a chance to dive into a variety of surgical cases and work alongside a dedicated team in a facility that values experienced OR nurses.
