Job Description:

Join our team as a Certified Surgical Tech in Indianapolis for a 13-week contract. In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced surgical environment, primarily during daytime hours from 07:00 to 15:30, supporting various complex procedures including neuro, orthopedics, trauma, urology, gynecology, and plastics. Your expertise in trauma Level I cases and familiarity with advanced equipment like the DaVinci XI will be crucial. This assignment offers a chance to be involved in high-level surgeries, including craniotomies, VP shunts, thrombectomies, and organ donation cases. You'll be coordinating with surgical teams, preparing operating rooms, and assisting throughout intricate procedures. Expect to provide 90-120 hours of neuro call every 6 weeks, adding an extra layer of responsibility and opportunity to showcase your skills in critical situations.
