Job Description:

This NICU travel assignment is designed for a dedicated healthcare professional eager to make a difference in a high-stakes environment. You'll primarily work 12-hour night shifts, providing specialized care to neonates requiring Level 3 NICU expertise. There is potential to float to Pediatric or PICU units, or even to the Carmel NICU location, offering a well-rounded experience in a vibrant hospital setting. The role involves managing complex patient needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR and Royal Blue Scrubs for your daily routines. Expect to engage in hands-on work that is both challenging and rewarding, shaping your skills in one of Indiana's prominent healthcare facilities.
