Job Description:

This contract position places you in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical environment within the Clinical Resource Unit (Float Pool) of a respected healthcare facility. As a nurse on 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, you'll float between inpatient units such as Medical-Oncology, Surgical-Ortho, Cardiovascular Care, Progressive Care, Mental Health, and Acute Rehab. Your role involves performing comprehensive assessments, implementing and adjusting care plans, administering medications, preparing patients for procedures, and providing post-operative support. Precision, adaptability, and collaboration are key as you work with interdisciplinary teams and utilize current technology to deliver high-quality patient care in a setting where each shift presents unique challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
