Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced obstetric and gynecologic teams in a busy hospital setting. You’ll be taking on 12-hour night shifts, jumping right into high-acuity obstetric cases, including vaginal and C-section deliveries. Your role will involve titrating drips like Pitocin and magnesium, assisting with surgical procedures, and supporting the safe delivery of both low and high-risk pregnancies. This assignment provides a chance to refine skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on obstetric emergencies, postpartum care, and surgical assistance. Expect to engage directly in labor management, monitor tele strips, and collaborate with OB techs, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists on a dedicated neonatal team. It's an environment that values quick thinking and adaptability, where your expertise will be essential to ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety throughout each shift.
