Job Description:

Join a surgical team specializing in peri-anesthesia at a busy ambulatory surgery center. This role involves assisting with perioperative procedures in a setting with a caseload of approximately 35 cases daily across 25 beds. You'll work evenings in a 10-hour shift from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., supporting a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. Your responsibilities will focus on PACU recovery, utilizing EPIC experience, and engaging with a diverse patient population. Expect to collaborate closely with students and new hires, contributing to a supportive team culture. Prior travel experience is not necessary, but a minimum of 3-4 years of PACU experience is required. This 13-week contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly, with a focus on quality patient recovery activities.
