Job Description:

Join the team as a Case Manager RN on a 13-week travel assignment at a reputable hospital in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This role involves managing acute care cases within a hospital setting, requiring experience with Meditech, Midas, and Interqual systems. You'll work eight-hour days, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with every other weekend required. Expect to coordinate patient care plans, assess and evaluate patient needs, and work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure seamless treatment processes. This assignment provides an excellent opportunity to apply your case management expertise while experiencing the vibrant community and top-tier healthcare facility.
