Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Traveling MS/Tele RN at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. This 13-week assignment offers the chance to work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., providing direct patient care in a float pool setting across multiple facilities, including Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita. You'll navigate a four-department rotation, applying your critical thinking and clinical judgment while maintaining flexibility to float between units. The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to hospital policies, and continuous skill development, with a caseload ratio of 6:1. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, AZ license, BLS, ACLS certifications, and familiarity with Cerner EMR.
