Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient rehab team as a MS/Tele Registered Nurse in Greensboro, NC, for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing specialized care for patients recovering from strokes, aneurysms, postoperative surgeries, and neurological injuries. This role involves float requirements across multiple Cone Health campuses, with patient ratios ranging from 1:6 to 1:7 depending on the unit, ensuring a balance of compassion and efficiency. You'll interpret lab results, manage medication reconciliations, perform dressing changes, and handle phlebotomy, all within a fast-paced rehabilitation setting. Prior acute care rehab experience and at least one year of clinical background are essential. No first-time travelers are considered. The assignment offers a weekly gross pay of approximately $1,752 for a 36-hour commitment, delivering a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in patients' recovery journeys.
