Job Description:

Join our team as a travel nurse working in a busy hospital setting in Tacoma, Washington. This 13-week contract involves night shifts of 12 hours on a float pool unit, where you'll care for patients across a variety of units including PCU, MedSurg, Telemetry, and ER Holding. Expect to navigate high-acuity cases such as respiratory failure, sepsis, renal issues, and post-surgical recovery. Your skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV medication titration, and telemetry will be put to good use as you float within scope of practice, sometimes caring for patients at Allenmore Hospital nearby. This role offers the chance to experience diverse clinical situations, all while working with a supportive team including CNAs, hospitalists, RTs, and specialty MDs.
