Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you as an RN in a busy Medical Surgical unit at Harris Regional Hospital, located in the charming town of Sylva, NC. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, supporting a patient load of approximately six to one, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Your role involves applying your medical-surgical skills to a diverse adult patient population, ensuring each individual receives attentive care. You'll help maintain the smooth operation of the unit within a fully-electronic health record system and collaborate with a dedicated team. The assignment offers a chance to experience the warmth of a small mountain town while working in a reputable, acute-care setting that values clinical expertise and compassionate service. Be prepared for some overnight hours, but also enjoy the unique opportunity to explore the scenic surrounding mountains during your days off.
