Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced cardiac intensive care environment. You will be responsible for monitoring critically ill patients, managing complex cardiac cases, and providing detailed bedside care during overnight shifts. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) over a 13-week contract, allowing you to immerse yourself into a specialized unit that demands precision and clinical expertise. Expect to collaborate closely with healthcare teams, utilizing your skills with ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. This unique role requires float responsibilities, with the possibility of covering ICU patients at different acuity levels, and may include working with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2-3, depending on acuity and census.
