Job Description:

Join a dedicated Emergency Room team at a 123-bed Level 3 Trauma Center in Spokane Valley, WA, as a Registered Nurse. This contract involves 12-hour night shifts, offering a hands-on experience in a fast-paced trauma setting with a diverse patient population including geriatric patients, children, and those experiencing abdominal pain, chest pain, stroke, and respiratory issues. You'll play a vital role in managing patients in pods, performing procedures like TNK, conscious sedation, chest tubes, and central lines, all within a supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork and professionalism. With competency in EMR systems like EPIC and equipment such as Alaris infusion pumps, you'll be integral to delivering quality emergency care. The assignment provides an opportunity to refine high-acuity nursing skills in a community hospital setting with a friendly, team-oriented staff.
