Job Description:

Join a 13-week assignment as a Respiratory Therapist in an 80-bed Level II Children's Hospital with a renowned Level IV NICU in Tacoma, WA. This role involves providing advanced respiratory support in a busy NICU setting, handling vents, g-tubes, NG/OG feeds, NCPAP, and UAC/UVC management. Some shifts may require floating to the ER as a sitter, and weekend rotations are every other week. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, with the opportunity to experience a collaborative pediatric environment that cares for a diverse range of high-risk neonatal patients, including prematurity from 22 weeks gestation, RDS, NAS, and surgical cases. This assignment offers a chance to enhance your skills supporting fragile newborns in a friendly hospital community with private rooms and high-quality care.
