Job Description:

This role offers an opportunity for experienced Respiratory Therapists to work at a prominent teaching hospital. You'll be managing patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, including ventilated patients on ICU and floor units. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts over a 26-week contract, allowing you to immerse yourself in a vibrant hospital setting while applying your clinical skills. Occasionally, you may have the chance to precept respiratory therapy students, adding a rewarding teaching element to your experience. The work involves a focus on airway management, ventilator troubleshooting, and medication administration, with a lively campus that encourages mobility and engagement.
