Job Description:

This opportunity calls for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a bustling PICU/PCICU at a Level II Trauma Center in Tacoma. You'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment caring for a diverse mix of neuro, cardiac, respiratory, surgical, and medical patients. From managing postoperative congenital heart defect cases to ventilator and trach care, your expertise will keep critically ill children safely progressing toward recovery. Expect to collaborate with experienced ECMO and dialysis teams, handling complex equipment while applying sterile techniques. The role offers an engaging experience in a unit where critical thinking and quick adaptation make all the difference. Professional growth is encouraged through exposure to a variety of procedures, including central line care, chest tube management, and post-surgical recovery.
