Job Description:

Join a blood bank supervisory role that offers a chance to lead transfusion services in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate staff activities for a well-established Blood Bank section. This position requires extensive expertise in blood bank regulations and experience with EPIC Beaker, SoftBank, and OrthoVision systems. Flexibility is key, as working before 8am, after 5pm, and weekends may be necessary to support a 24/7 service. Your technical skills and leadership will keep the blood bank running smoothly and safely, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient safety and laboratory excellence.
