Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU (Level 4) unit for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. As a Neonatal ICU RN, you'll be working 12-hour days, providing care for premature infants, those with cardiac defects, genetic disorders, and conditions requiring ECMO and cooling therapies. This role involves completing SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion, managing complex neonatal cases, and collaborating with neonatologists, midlevels, and high-risk RNs. At this facility, maintaining a sterile field and demonstrating competency in neonatal nursing skills are essential, offering a rewarding opportunity to sharpen your expertise in high-acuity care in a busy, technologically advanced environment.
