Job Description:

This step-down Registered Nurse position offers a chance to work on an adult Med-Surg Oncology unit, with the added twist of floating to both ICU-like stepdown and Med-Surg/Tele units as needed. The role involves 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and requires a minimum of two years of Med-Surg experience, including stepdown or PCU. Travelers must be comfortable with frequent floating and maintaining patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6. This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety and teamwork in a supportive environment. Note: You will need to be physically prepared for the occasional bed-side IV starts, and to work without scrubs provided.
