Job Description:

This Critical Care Float RN position at Children's Hospital Colorado in Colorado Springs offers a unique opportunity to work across PICU, NICU, and Medical Surgical units, providing flexible staffing support in a vibrant pediatric environment. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during 12-hour day shifts, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of critically ill children. The assignment involves floating within a 35-mile radius based on clinical need, and you'll be expected to work every other weekend and two out of three major holidays, with minimal RTO during the first two weeks. This role is perfect for travel RNs with Epic proficiency, pediatric experience, and prior travel background who are ready to embrace a fast-paced, collaborative setting that challenges and develops your critical thinking and time management skills.
