Job Description:

Join our team as a respiratory therapist for a 13-week contract in Newark, NY, where you will work 12-hour day shifts (6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.). This role involves providing critical respiratory support across both long-term care and acute care settings, with the opportunity to float between hospitals in the eastern region. You'll manage ventilators, assist with airway procedures, and monitor patients with conditions like CHF, COPD, and pneumonia. The position offers a blend of routine and emergent procedures, making each day both engaging and rewarding. Travel experience is welcome, and a valid license is required prior to submission. Expect to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
