Job Description:

Join an outpatient clinic specializing in foregut surgery as a Registered Nurse Patient Care Coordinator RN. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team at the OHSU Digestive Health Center to provide comprehensive care coordination, assessment, and clinical support for patients undergoing complex gastrointestinal procedures. Your days will be filled with patient education, medication management, review of diagnostic results, and assisting providers with monitoring patient progress in a fast-paced clinic setting. The position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep patient relationships and become proficient in managing both benign and malignant gastrointestinal conditions. Be prepared to become familiar with different treatment pathways and contribute to quality improvement efforts in a collaborative environment.
