Job Description:

Join a friendly ambulatory surgery clinic in Grafton, WI, where you'll be the vital link ensuring smooth clinic operations for adult patients undergoing general surgical procedures. This role involves managing in-basket tasks like phone triage, medication refills, portal inquiries, and assisting with pre/post-surgery education—think of yourself as the organizational hero behind the scenes. You'll work with a dedicated team of MAs, other RNs, and surgeons, providing support during busy days in a collaborative setting. The clinic offers a unique chance to gain exposure to a variety of common surgeries, including gallbladder, hernia repairs, and bariatric procedures, all while working within the EPIC EMR system. Expect a 13-week contract with Monday through Friday shifts, from 8 am to 5 pm, floating to nearby clinics within a 20-minute radius when needed. What makes this assignment stand out?
