Job Description:

Join the team as a Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse on a 13-week night shift contract at a busy high-risk OB unit in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position, regularly working as the Charge Nurse in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will oversee the delivery process, coordinate patient care, and ensure smooth unit operations while managing a team of staff during night shifts. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs with charge nurse background who are comfortable floating within scope and ready to make a difference in a renowned Magnet facility. The 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) involve caring for approximately 7 to 14 patients daily, including triage, antepartum, and high-risk deliveries, with a focus on quality and patient safety.
