Job Description:

Join us in a rewarding travel healthcare contract as a CVPICU Registered Nurse in Durham, North Carolina. This role offers a chance to work in a specialized pediatric cardiac intensive care unit, where your skills will directly contribute to critically ill children’s recovery. You’ll be working 12-hour day shifts, with the opportunity to experience a unique setting that combines technical challenges with the compassionate environment of pediatric care. The assignment spans 13 weeks, providing stability and the chance to immerse yourself in the local community. Your daily work will involve complex patient monitoring, collaborative care planning, and utilizing your expertise to make a real difference for young patients and their families. This is a perfect role for nurses with at least one year of experience, a valid NC or Compact license, and current BLS and PALS certifications. First-timers are welcome to apply, and local candidates within 75 miles will enjoy a slightly reduced rate. Flu vaccines are mandatory—no exemptions accepted.
