Job Description:

This step-down RN role in St. Louis offers a compelling opportunity to work nights in an emergency-ready, acute care setting. You'll be responsible for managing patients with complex needs, including titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, art lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes. The shift spans 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM—meaning you'll have plenty of down time to enjoy the city’s attractions. The contract lasts 13 weeks, giving you time to settle into a new rhythm and explore what St. Louis has to offer.
