Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse in Monroe, Louisiana, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the chance to care for newborns in both NICU and Wellbaby units, with daily responsibilities including high-risk delivery attendance, car seat testing, and managing various newborn diagnoses. You will be part of a dedicated team where flexibility is appreciated—occasionally floating to postpartum or pediatrics—and emergency team assignments may occur, requiring readiness to stay on site during urgent events.
