Job Description:

Join our team in Dayton for a 13-week CVICU Registered Nurse contract working on the night shift. This fast-paced role focuses on supporting patients recovering from cardiac surgery, with opportunities to work directly from the OR or post-operation, handling complex cases involving Impella devices, pulmonary artery lines, and Swan-Ganz monitoring. Experience with post-cardiac procedures, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and EPIC electronic health records will help you thrive here. If you enjoy a challenge and want to be part of a tightly knit team providing specialized care, this assignment offers a balanced workload with 36 hours per week, giving you time to explore the city during your days off. The unique setting will have you working alongside dedicated professionals in a high-acuity environment, floating when needed to support different units within the hospital, all while maintaining a patient ratio of approximately 1:2.
