Job Description:

Embark on a 13-week night shift adventure in Longview, Texas, providing critical care in a busy ICU setting. This role requires a seasoned RN with over 2 years of ICU experience, ready to float to high-acuity areas such as HVU and PCU, handling patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2. Your expertise with EMR systems, including Medhost and CERNER, will ensure seamless patient documentation. The shift runs from 7 PM to 7 AM, offering a unique opportunity to focus on intensive patient needs during the quiet night hours. No call or block scheduling — just pure critical care work in a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication.
