Job Description:

Join us for an engaging 13-week travel contract in Tacoma, WA, where you’ll get the chance to work primarily in a Patient Care Unit (PCU) with occasional float to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role involves 12-hour day shifts, offering the opportunity to experience a variety of critical care settings. You'll be working on a team that manages complex cases, including patients with ventilators, drips like insulin and heparin, and other critical care diagnostics—without the pressure of managing pressors or IABP unless experienced. The flexible float policy allows you to work across multiple ICU and PCU floors, enriching your skills and professional growth. It’s a solid assignment for Med Surg RNs with a minimum of two years of experience who prefer a fast-paced, diverse caseload in a supportive environment that values specialized expertise.
