Job Description:
Join us for an engaging 13-week assignment as a Critical Care Float RN at a reputable hospital in Farmington, CT. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across ICU, Intermediate, and Medical-Surgical units, floating as needed to support different patient care areas. Your shift will be 12-hour nights from 7 PM to 7 AM, including rotating weekends and holidays, providing a well-rounded experience and the chance to sharpen your critical care skills in diverse settings. The facility values adaptability and teamwork, with patient ratios that vary but always prioritize quality care. Ideal candidates will bring at least 2 years of recent ED and/or ICU experience, along with CPR, ACLS, and EPIC proficiency. This role involves being part of the unit's rotation pool, which may include mandatory overtime to ensure optimal staffing and patient care. Enjoy a competitive weekly gross pay of approximately $2,382.35 in a setting that respects your expertise and commitment.
