Job Description:

Step into a vital role within our Critical Care Float Pool, where you'll navigate a variety of ICU settings during night shifts. This contract offers the opportunity to work across Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU, providing a diverse and engaging environment. Your expertise in ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and proficiency with EPIC will be essential, as you'll float within units of similar or lower acuity, ensuring flexibility and variety in your nightly routine. The contract duration is 15 weeks, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. This is your chance to make a difference in a fast-paced, supportive setting while experiencing the dynamic patient cases across different ICU units.
