Job Description:

Join our team for a 15-week travel assignment as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department of a well-respected Level 3 Trauma Center in Spokane, WA. This role offers an exciting chance to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, managing a wide variety of cases including trauma, psychiatric emergencies, cardiac events, strokes, and general medical issues. You'll experience a mix of procedural skills such as RSI, conscious sedations, and line placements, all within a supportive hospital culture that emphasizes teamwork—though be prepared for a high-energy setting that keeps everyone on their toes. The shift is 12 hours, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with rotating weekends, providing a balanced work schedule for those who thrive on variety and challenge.
