Job Description:

Join a busy OR team in Crosby, Minnesota, for a 13-week travel assignment that offers the chance to work in a fast-paced surgical environment with both adult and pediatric cases. You'll be supporting a large bariatric program along with general and orthopedic surgeries, including total joints using advanced systems like Stryker endo and DuPuy hips. This role involves scrub and instrument tasks, managing instrument sets, and assisting with minimally invasive procedures, all while maintaining a positive attitude and reliable attendance. No robotics, but a unique opportunity to be part of the first minimally invasive surgery program in Minnesota. Be prepared for 10-hour day shifts, including some call duties, and work within a dedicated team that values clinical competence and teamwork.
