Job Description:

Join us on a 13-week adventure as a Pediatric RN in Abilene, Texas, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This role offers the chance to float between pediatrics and the NICU, providing essential support and care in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll engage with a manageable 4-patient ratio, ensuring personalized attention and efficient care. Flexibility is key, as you may be asked to float across other floors or campuses as needed, making each shift a new experience. This assignment is perfect for a seasoned RN with at least 3 years of pediatric experience, holding certifications like BLS and PALS, and ideally additional credentials such as CPHON, NRP, or OCN. Charting in Allscripts and navy scrubs complete the team-oriented, professional atmosphere.
