Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract offers a unique opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in Lynchburg, Virginia, on a Medical-Surgical Intensive Monitoring Unit (IMU IMCU). As an RN, you'll be caring for a diverse mix of patients with diagnoses spanning from cardiac and neuro conditions to stroke recovery. The unit values charge experience and prefers Cerner system familiarity. While the schedule is primarily focused on weekends, flexibility may be needed based on unit needs—think of it as a puzzle where your adaptability makes the picture complete. You'll be part of a teaching hospital environment, collaborating with students and new hires to foster a culture of support and growth. Working through holiday periods is included, adding a festive touch to your professional journey, with some assignments offering up to 20 weeks for solid staffing coverage.
