Job Description:

Join our pediatric critical care float pool as a Registered Nurse and experience the flexibility of floating across various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, Peds Med/Surg, Peds PACU, Pediatrics ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby care. This role offers a unique chance to sharpen your skills in different settings, tackling diverse patient needs while working 12-hour night shifts. With a focus on pediatric critical care, you'll need PICU and NICU experience, along with comfort working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. The position combines nights with every other weekend and holiday commitments, providing a well-balanced schedule. This assignment is structured around 48 hours per week with a duration of up to 52 weeks, ensuring consistency and opportunity for growth in pediatric critical care nursing.
