Job Description:

Join us as a Pre-Admission Testing Nurse supporting a network of approximately seven facilities from a centralized call center environment. In this role, you'll review Epic charts, assess patient readiness for surgery and anesthesia, and handle around nine patient calls daily, including medication review, NPO instructions, and risk assessments. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position that requires strong multitasking and documentation skills—think of it as the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring surgical patients are prepped and ready. The work involves minimal bedside interaction but plays a crucial role in patient safety and surgical efficiency, making it a unique opportunity to combine technical prowess with patient support in a supportive team setting.

Job Specifics:

Location: Tacoma, WA

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional extensions to 5:00/5:30 PM

Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week
